It’s been a while. Life has been busy at Life by Larabee. It’s summer, and there are trails to hike, gardens to tend, great meals to savor, and places to explore. I hope you are getting out as well and enjoying life, as life is what it’s all about.
Still, an update seems in order. We have made some changes, adding to the things we love, such as art and a few spontaneous videos. I am participating in the Lancaster, Ohio, art walk this year with some of my paintings. On that date (July 21st, starting at 6 p.m.), the downtown streets will be closed, and businesses will host some fantastic artists. I will be located at St. Peter’s Lutheran, my church home. If you have the chance, join us for a tremendous experience of art and food. I have included one of my own paintings in this post as a sneak peek.
Later this summer, Life by Larabee hopes to launch a shop to honor the sales requests we receive. Up to this point, we have not had a way to sell paintings, photography, or other Life by Larabee stuff we have floating around in our brains. We are also considering a YouTube channel for our Life videos. Hmm…how brave are we? Currently, we have posted a few on our LifebyLarabee Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lifebylarabee/
Thanks for the read. Retirement is grand, a golden opportunity to explore all the ideas we never had the time for in our work life. But life also comes with challenges. If you are a senior, you will know what I am talking about. Things around here creak, and it’s not the door. We hope to share more adventures with you as Life continues—interesting finds and activities, peppered, of course, with lots of humor. Stay cool. Stay blessed.
