Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Shipping

Paintings are shipped flat and unframed. Shipping paintings unframed allows buyers to customize their framing choices to fit their particular environment. At this time, due to the current economic climate, I am only able to sell to customers in the United States. 

Refunds and Returns

I am here to help you purchase with confidence. I appreciate that buying art online can be unnerving, which is why I have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving the painting to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your painting must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The painting must be shipped back with appropriate padding and include tracking information. It is important that the painting is received back undamaged.

To start a return, contact me at dylarabee@outlook.com to request a return for the painting and explain the reason for the return. Include your address and date of purchase. I will reply with instructions. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the painting was damaged in transit, please include photos

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds on any listed sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

You can also check the refund status by taking the following steps: 

  • Check your bank account again to see if the refund has posted.
  • Contact your credit card company (if this was your original payment method) to see if your refund has been officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If your painting was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the painting’s value. Once the painting is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
